Alan is a Commodities Manager for the Nuclear and Conventional Power Industry within the Supply Chain Management function of CLYDEUNION Pumps.

He has been performing this role for the past 6 years and prior to this was involved in Training and Production operations within the then Weir Pumps and Rolls Royce for over 15 years.

Alan is a time-served Engineer and prior to becoming a part-time student on the MSc in Project Management has been educated to HNS level. Alan recognises the fact that his current role is heavily project oriented and sees the MSc course content as being a key enabler for his future career development.
