Bill Sturrock is the Senior Partner of PrintMatters, a print solutions provider and niche market print specialist. From leaving school at 16, he worked in Local Government for 16 years, becoming a Strategic Development Control Planning Officer and latterly as a Business Development Manager with Tayside Regional Council.

On leaving Local Government, he ran a plant hire and landscape engineering business in the early 90’s, but as a consequence of a severe motorsport accident in 1996 he withdrew from business due to injuries, and was out of circulation for a number of years.

In 2000 along with his wife Sandra, they started PrintMatters, and have built this to be among the leading businesses in their niche markets in the UK and also in the world (Canine & Motorsport Printing), as well as being at the forefront of digital print technology in Scotland.

Bill gained all of his qualifications through part-time routes, studying at Kirkcaldy College of Technology, Glasgow College of Building and Printing, Heriot Watt University and Stirling University as well as attending a number of courses at Dundee College of Commerce.
