Mike Kiely is an independent consultant who is engaged part time as a Workforce Development Officer with the Private Care Sector Workforce Initiative. With over 20 years HR experience in a number of sectors his last employed position was as HR Director with a medium sized Care Home Group.

He has worked closely with The Open University in the on-going development of the “Managing in the Workplace” course which was developed to meet specific care sector registration requirements.

He has developed his skills and knowledge into the HSE area and now has a number of clients whom he assists in both HR & HSE matters.
